The Heart of Our Work

Meet Enda Gilbert

CEO & Founder | Award-Winning Parent & Burnout Coach | Certified Parental Burnout Practitioner|Educator

With 30 years of experience in education and over a decade in school leadership, I currently lead a dynamic team of literacy specialists. I hold a Master’s in Education, specialising in Teaching English as a Second Language, Special Needs, and Learning Difficulties, and have supported hundreds of families and educators as they navigate the complex intersections of language, learning, and wellbeing.

But beyond the titles and credentials, I’m also a mother. A burnout survivor. A woman who knows what it feels like to carry the mental load, juggle expectations, and pour from an empty cup.

That’s why I created Ebb&Flow Coaching and Inclusive Learning — a heart-led space where parenting meets purpose, and learning meets understanding.

My mission is to help you find clarity, reclaim calm, and honour your child’s unique journey, without sacrificing your own wellbeing in the process.

This is the heartbeat of everything I do.

She’s also the host of the Parent-Teen Bond Simplified podcast — a heartfelt, practical space where parents raising teens find calm conversations, relatable stories, and research-informed strategies to navigate the chaos and reconnect with their why.

The Journey, in Their Words

Genevieve

Before coaching, I felt burnt out and disconnected from my kids. I was constantly lashing out, angry at them, but mostly at myself. I didn't know how to control my emotions or express myself healthily.
Now, I can identify my triggers, regulate my emotions, and stop the escalation before it starts. My kids are closer to me than ever, and our home has shifted. We're calmer.
Thank you, Enda, for your compassion and for leaving no stone unturned.

Dee

When J arrived in Australia from Columbia, he didn't speak English and didn't know how to read and write usng the languae. He felt insecure. Through Enda's patient work on letter sounds, blending words, and building his reading confidence, I watched him gradually gain confidence, improve his understanding, and start expressing himself with ease.
Today, he feels confident at school and genuinely enjoys learning. Enda's support was always caring, professional, and full of patience.

Christa

If you're a parent drowning in overwhelm, fear, and frustration, you need Enda in your corner. Her expertise in managing burnout is second to none, but what truly sets her apart is her compassion, calmness, and ability to listen attentively.
The strategies she provides are practical and easily applied. I've made tremendous progress balancing work and personal life. I can voice my needs without feeling like a nagger, and setting boundaries, something I could never do before is easy now.
I always go back to her fear inventory model.
